Hi, I’m Nino. I build creative strategies, concepts, and departments.          







          It all starts with an insight. An honest look at human nature that strikes at the core of who we are and who we want to be.  













So, what does
that mean?

It means that I create strategies and concepts with a heart. I’ve spent the last 15 years honing my creative instincts while carving out a fertile space between KPIs and the human heart. The most powerful campaigns center on fundamental human experiences while striking at the core of a brand’s values.

It means that I make work that spans genres, contexts, and cultures. I create dynamic, culturally-aware experiences that reach their target whether they’re online, in ambient spaces, or traditional media. I can translate complex cultural trends into creative, relevant, and executable ideas no matter the context.

OLAPLEX is a social-first hair care brand, rooted in science and community. A brand that truly celebrates all hair types, age groups, gender, and pronouns, across countries and cultures.

To kick off their first hashtag challenge, we needed a concept that embodies all of that - simple, cross-cultural, with little to no language barriers, and rooted in the brand's ethos of diversity, celebration, and inclusion.
